Last year at the Aria’s I was hosting on the red carpet for Australian Idol. Dean Geyer was the hot favourite on Idol at the time and I had the fortune of interviewing him. I had previously turned up to a taping of Idol with a sign saying ‘Marry Me Dean’, and so I saw this as the perfect opportunity for him to pop the question! And he did! On camera he got down on one knee and proposed! He asked for my hand in marriage…. I retold the story to Andy & Adrian on JOY FM which they dugg out of the archives when they interviewed Dean on their show about his recent engagement to Lisa Origliasso from The Veronica’s!
